We take new capsuleers from their first tackle frigate to their first real killmail, teaching them how to scan, plex, scout, fight, escape, and explode usefully.

Our fleets run on practical experience: exploration for income, faction warfare for loyalty points, and PvP whenever the grid gives us a reason.
